What you will find in the cottage……

The cottage provides the following accommodation (click on the links to view pictures):

• 3 Bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin upstairs; 1 twin downstairs, sleeping up to six persons
• 2 Bathrooms - 1 wc/wash basin and 1 with wc and bath/shower
• Kitchen/Dining Room - fully fitted with hob/oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
• Lounge - equipped with TV/VCR and with patio door access to the garden
• Large garden and patio - patio table and chairs provided; bird table
• Car Parking - directly adjacent to the cottage

There is electrical central heating throughout (including storage heaters in the Lounge and Kitchen/Dining Room). And hot water is provided by Immersion heaters. Ironing facilities and a rotary clothes drier are also provided.

Electricity, Bed Linen and Towels are included in the rental.

A cot and high chair for younger visitors can be made available - but only by prior arrangement (please make this requirement clear at time of booking).

Local supermarkets are open daily and often late into the evening so obtaining provisions on your way to us, or shortly after arrival, will be straightforward. However if you anticipate a particularly late arrival we will be happy to obtain some essential groceries on your behalf. These should be requested during booking and paid for on arrival.

Disabled Access - Category 3

Please note that there is ramped access to the garden and the front door. The bathroom facilities (fitted with appropriate supports and rails) and one of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor.
