RENTAL TARIFF - 2012

The following are weekly rates (VAT at the revised rate of 20% included).

Please note all linen is provided and electricity is included in the rental

Occupancy is normally on a weekly basis - from Saturday (arriving after 3:00pm) to Saturday (departure before 10:00am)

Off-peak (i.e. October - May) short break arrangements can be made - please apply

Booking

Please feel free to contact us by phone, e-mail or letter about potential bookings.

However we require a £50 deposit with written confirmation of a booking - and the balance of the rental will be due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. (Bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date must be accompanied by the full rental fee).

Terms and Conditions:

In order for the owners to accept a booking the client must submit a deposit (£50 unless otherwise agreed) with written confirmation of the booking. The balance of the rent is due 8 weeks before arrival. In the event of a cancellation of a booking by the client: (1) any deposit paid is non-refundable, (2) any balance paid is only refundable (whole or in part) at the owners discretion provided that, and only if, a replacement booking (whole or in part) can be arranged. Any refund due will be paid on completion of the replacement booking. In the event of non-payment of any balance owed by the client within the required 8 weeks of arrival the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking and to accept alternative bookings – in this case any deposit previously paid by the client will be non-refundable. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the cottage becomes unusable resulting in the owners having to cancel a booking, all advance rent (deposit and balance) paid by the client will be reimbursed.
